Bigbasket cheats all the time on our bills. I advise all the customers to compare your bill, your order and the products they bring you. Bigbasket always forgets lots of products but it’s still on the bill and they replace some products by others you have never ordered.
Of course they never tell you. Bigbasket is just victim of its success and now they are not reliable any more. If you continue like this, you’ll loose lots of clients.
