I order for 24 pizza bases on 3rd July 2015 in morning.
I paid up the value.
Scheduled delivery for 4th July between 0900 - 1230.
Dint get stuff on 4th Jul til 1230, so called them up.
Looooooooooooooong wait on phone.
One lady sweetly says there is some delay, stuff will reach me 1430.
Fine but why cant they call and inform. Fine til here.
at 1530, I do not recieve stuff, panic sets in.
Party at home, invited guests, ordered 24 pizza bases on Big basket.
I call again, they tell me that they have cancelled the order.
WHATTTTTTTT?
They decided unilaterally at their end to cancel my order.
No information to me.
This time my call to them lasts for more than 33 minutes.
I speak to the higher up.
All give some story or the other.
No one accepts mistake.
Blames the customer.
I am left in a lurch.
I run around to all the shops in my locality to buy pizza bases, while guests begin to pour in.
And then guess the guts of Big Basket, they offer me a 10% waiver for my next order.
Was my harrassment, agony, panic, insult, embarrasment worth orderin g with them?
