I ordered a groccery of Rs.2717 that time offer was going on 250 off if u pay with icici bank
But when I tried to final pay out I saw no off I have to pay 2717 only instead of 2764.
Customer Care Service: very bad I call them but they r simply telling sir u dont use icici bank card.
Product quality: Moderate
Some r good
But there r two products in which one I recived expired and another one where the product got fuly damaged.
Delivery: 2½houres late for delivery I called customer service they r just giving me time after time.
Website and app its moderate bacause some its not accept valid cupons.
I dont feel any sort of reliablity while ordering in bigbusket.
They r also cancelling the order with out ur permission also.
I personallity dont recommend any of my friends and family and the viewers to order with bigbusket.
Insted of order from Bigbusket order from Dmart where u will get better offer, less price, current dated products, even see the products and take that.
