Big basket is the worst online grocery shopping site ever.this is a fraud online grocery shopping site.and the product quality of big basket is very poor.i had really bad experience with big basket and the customer care service is more pathetic.
I ordered a banana walnut cake from baked to order section in big basket on 18th January 2016.and had the packet date as 29th December which was send to me as a baked order to item.i saw that there is something grey on the cake.and then I call the customer care service number 4-5 times, but they did not receive my calls.
they cheated me.
so I suggest to everyone please do not order any product from big basket.
