Very bad coustomer service I would say. as of now people are actually stepping into shopping things online. if they give their customers this kind of facility how would they ever believe them. I am gonna go by points here.
Customer Service. customer service is pathetic first of all they do not pick up the call. and if they do they do not pay attention to resolve the issue.
Product quality: some products are delivered branded it is not their thing they are taking credit of they are not making things on their on I will find the same products in the market.
Delivery tmeliness. the most disappointment side of the site if I will place my order now they will give me timings of delivery about 48 hours later. man give me a moment I can go purchase in that time. it is gonna take just 10 minutes. why wait for this long. it should be done in2-3 hours.
App and websites; website is fine but app crashes most of the times. I do not bothered to complaint because I dont’ want to use it further.
Reliability: I am not sure you should rely on them. as you want your product soon. I am sure they will not give you.
