Wallet shows negative balance over 5k

I remember once there was a delivery of my order few years back and card payment on delivery was not working when the delivery arrived and I paid in cash. but this guy did not update payment and hence it showed as negative balance in my bb wallet.


i noticed it when i next tried to order and i reported to bb but it took ages for them to come back to me on my complaints. when it wasnt resolving in multiple attempts and their promises to settle the account became never ending and also one of the customer care associate suggested to register with a different no. and keep ordering while they will settle this account. then I registered with another number and continued ordering. Today almost after 8 to 9 yrs when I again logged in my wallet still shows negative.


Today I again called the customer care and they say that they dont see a negative balance. and if it shows in my account they cant help me and I should keep using different no. This kind of resolution not expected from BB being a TATA Company now.
