I am a bit surprised by some of the vehement reviews that think BB are cheaters!(Of course, people are entitled to their opinions)!
As a fairly regular user of BB, I never felt they cheated or passed on inferior products. I believe people should appreciate two things: One, in a large operation such as this, honest mistakes do happen although I think they happen rarely on BB. Two, if you do receive a different or inferior product(or even if you receive the rights product but change your mind when it is delivered), you are free to return the items to the delivery person. They immediately credit the value of the returned items to your wallet.
I once chose a product because the photo on the website showed a free item. When they delivered the product without the free item, I brought that to their attention and they immediately credited the value of the free item to my wallet.
BB is not a premium supermarket with imported(and expensive) stock, It is also not a place for ordering rare and exotic items. BB stocks items that are normally and commonly used by middle class households, who forms the majority of their clientele. This kind of business needs scale to be operational. All in all, BB is a practical, convenient, useful, urban solution for domestic grocery needs.
