I have used bigbasket only twice and the experience was really bad. On my first order they did deliver on time.
And the items were really fresh and in good shape but the second time it was a so disappointing because the items looked fresh at sight.
But were really rotten inside and please never order the big sabudana they have in list its all synthetic and bogus.
