Big basket is not a good website to use.
The website is very slow to use and if we use mobile application it is very complicated. It is not easy as grofers.
The delivery time that they take is much more that compared to others grocery website. Moreover the products are not on discount and if we apply a coupons to the cart the coupons most of the time donot apply, it says that inappropriate coupon code
But I have check that the coupons code is right.
Moreover the quality is not good at all
They show the different image of product and deliver the different product.
So I should recommend you to not shop from this website.
