Hi friends, the big basket is an online shopping website where we can order or place many products like grocery items. By ordering the grocery items through this website can save our time but am disappointed with the products.
I have ordered many grocery items and vegetables also. But the prices are high when compared to local supermarkets.
Mainly I saw the difference in vegetables and some beauty products like face packs and fairness cream products and dal items also.
Customer Service- Customer service is good.
Product Quality- Some products are good some products are average. So my opinion is if you want good product quality in food items segment don’t go for online shopping.
Delivery Time- They are giving me 6 hours delivery commitment of time but they are taken 12 hours of time.
App & Websites - Website and mobile application look good but a little bit confusing for shopping.
My opinion on big basket is waste because of average quality and prices are high
