Bigbasket is unfortunately not serving the purpose for which it was conceived. If they behave like the kirana shops around then that day is not far when they would be wiped out of existence.
The executives who take calls have no idea of what they are speaking. Their responses are mostly trained phased and not rational. If you ask then anything more than what they are trained for they would be tongue tied.
The Rs 100 off are mostly farce where this is very well included and well hidden in the bill and consumers are easilly fooled to believe that they are actually getting Rs 100 off, which is not the case.
Coming to the products, its best to avoid vegetables and fruits as they are they dont meet any quality standards.
