It would be unjust if I don’t share the bitter experience what I had with bb during the interview process for a Team Leaders role. As usual the walk-ins were going on and there was a huge queue waiting for their turns. Fortunately, I had been through a consultancy and my turn came faster than expected and I finished 2 rounds. After a lengthy discussion with the operations manager I was informed that I was through with the 2 round and my final round was with the CEO. As per the ops manager I was supposed to get a call from the HR the next day with an update on the final round. Days kept passing and turned into weeks however, there was no sign of any call. After being patient for 4 weeks along with a rigorous follow-up with the comsultacy I had to step in to bb to get a clear picture on the update. Never anticipated this but the answer was that your resume is not listed in the final list hence, you can leave for the day. Trust me never experienced such a pathetic interview process. I would highly recommend to not to apply in this organization.
