Bigbasket.com is degrading in terms of quality with each passing day.most of the times there are some products missing and the delivery man has no idea about that.the order sometimes also gets delay or cancel on its own.the quality of vegetable and fruits they deliver is not good.mostly the delivery is not on time.this site is not reliable.
I would be better if they use their resources on improving their services rather than on huge advertisements.overall this site on the way of becoming pathetic.i hope they show some positive changes in future.
