This is the worst online grocery shopping in India. they have no immediate delivery options and worst 20rs delivery charge everytime. Compared to this grofers, peppertap etc are better in terms of charges and quality.
I have ordered lot of things like mutton, fish, chicken etc and all were of frozen variety even if fresh items were ordered. mutton which I ordered was stale and had to changed after talking to customer support. Very bad delivery schedules and all important slots are always full.
So wait till they have slot. pathetic quality horrible services and worst delivery person attitude. They dont even give a plastic wrapper, or cloth bag for any order they just deliver directly to your hand. and go away. very bad business ethics.
Please buy yourself from the market to save money and if that is not possible go for grofers or zopnow or peppertap or even ola store
