Hello friends my name is on molwa today I want to review my personal experience on Bigchemist.com which is an online medicine purchase website it was the month of April and my mother was suffering from whole body pain and diabetes and also she have any problem of blood pressure there for doctors recommend so many medicines which is impossible on next to impossible to find nearest store therefore my friend Aakash suggest me about Big camester.com then after I ordered so many medicines like painkiller Some supplements and other medicines they told me that it would be delivered on 10th April but on that day I did not receive my medicine then I call their customer service which is very pathentic they don't know how to handle customer they ask me so many questions after applying all the answers within 5 minutes of conversation that told me that my order has been shifted to 15th of April when I asked the return of shipments they told me that the medicines are not available now it will be available to you on 16th of April I waited for that and on 15 April when I got the medicines some medicines are left and also the person who delivered as the medicines did not tell the proper precautions of using does medicines genuinely very very big pathetic services they are providing their customers and after 5 days I got my school medicines it was very bad experience of mine with big tennis.com because they don't have proper degree timing not proper customer service not a full guarantee of providing medicines at time I was very angry on that day after that I call their customer service they told me how to use the medicine genuinely genuinely services not providing services.
I will never ever recommend to anyone to purchase any medicines from vbigchemist.com because you will only face so many problems like delivery problem customer service problem availability of medicines very big problem so I don't want you to dig up in such kind of problems rather then you should choose another platform to purchase medicine but I will never recommend you to purchase any medicines from bigchemist.com
