I have the service for the past 3 months, have watched well over 30 movies(new movies, kids videos, old favourites).Initially delivery did not happen for 10 days, but after the first delivery, things settled down.Another initial hiccup was the DVDs were region encoded(sometimes 2, 3 etc). We had to hack our Philips DVD player to become region free just for BigFlix sake.Go for longer duration plans(ICICI/Big Bazaar have good offers).+ Good service, once you know the delivery person well+ Worth if you cannot go to the movies often(kids/busy/budget oriented)+ Recommended if you want total control of what your kids should watch, and yet introduce variety.+ Can pause at any time(longer duration plans)- Needs someone at home(or cell no of the delivery person)- Top of queue movies not always delivered- Phone service is terrible- Some teething troubles are to be expected
