Extremely bad experience...

Anyone looking for DVD rentals, should first try it with just one disk plan. We had two accounts on BigFlix and the service failed at so many counts that it is difficult to enumerate all of them.


Using office address of posh Chanakyapuri locality in New Delhi, I thought the service would be flawless, but how I was wrong.


Out of two months of my subscription of BigFlix (both two disk and one disk plans), over 20 requests for pickup and delivery went unanswered. I wrote emails (I have all of them), called up customer service so many times, but over 50% of the period of my two months’ subscription was spent in just chasing the DVDmen.


I had over 80 movies in my wish list and my office has a guard to receive any delivery at any time of the day or night, but still I kept waiting for the deliveries that never came.


I was extremely disappointed with the BigFlix. I still wanted to continue, thinking these must have been glitches in the recently launched service, and even asked them to compensate for the lost period for which they have all the record, but to no avail.


Finally I asked them to return my deposits, which is yet to come... although over a month has passed! I hope others have better experience... but please try the service before paying lumpsum for one year...
