I am also a customer or should I say a victim of Bigflix.com - the worst DVD Rental Service ever!
I subscribed just a month ago and since then, they are providing me with anything & everything but DVDs!!!
After making my payments, as I was about to access my account; I got a call from their customer care stating a new Customer ID for me as the old one was not accessible at their end!
Strangely enough, I took it as an avoidable error but to my horror, even the new one was incorrect!!! Then came the third one (Customer ID) and the fourth, and the fifth; all incorrect!!! Simultaneously, they were filing my e-mail Inbox with spam mails all over!!!
Customer No-Care (as it should be called) feels equally less-concerned as their respective branch manager(s). It has been more than a month now and they are not even ready to cancel my account and refund me my money!!! All I get to hear is “You request is in process Sir, It’ll take some time”.
Well, how much? 2 months, 3 months, year or a lifetime???

P.S: Sorry for not disclosing my identity as I am still in talks with these people, let’s see what happens :(
