Well I happen to be referred by fiends to avail rent a video service offered by BigFlix. FM jockeys were doing ga ga about the service in Delhi... which was impressing. However later on I discovered the pathetic service and ends up as nightmare experience.
First DVD in the Que started showing as delivered on 17th June and same day it reflected returned, which is a big flaw in the system. I have never received any communication, calls to explain the situation. Already wasted three days for video to be delivered at door step.
Friends, a word of caution, never ever subscribe to Big Flix as this is a Big hype because of service quality. It shines because of ADA history but in reality no infrastructure has been maintained or set up to fulfill needs of customers. No store has phone lines attached to it, not atleast mentioned in their website. Rest assured you may not get the correct video title and no response (phone or email) and eventually exhaust monthly subscription fee. Similar experience has been shared by other members.
From distance it looks like ADA has launched the service in haste and to cheat people. No escalations point, direct phone or fax number provided to escalate any matter. Customer care executives are incapable and hopeless.
I sincerely hope some lawyer to file a harassment suit against them.
