I have a six moth subscription of 1 movie at time plan...but the delivery system is so lousy that even if ask for a pickup very next day after the delivery of your CD you will get the next CD after three four days only... it didnot happen just once or twice but everytime.
Customer care service is pathetic. these people will do all the sweet talk about solving your problem but it never gets resolved. within 20 days of my subscription I probably called them every day atleast twice to ask about the delivery of next CD. every time I got the answer that m’am today you will definitely get the Cd. but I am still waiting for that today complaining via email is simply waste of time. you will never get a response.
And beware. your account may show that you have recieved a CD and have returned it even if you have not done so. they have done it with me. I have two CD against my name which I never got.
So I sincerely advice you to go for some other company.
