Full of bugs which leads to erroneous service!

THE GOOD




  • Considering you’re a movie buff, this is a pretty cheap deal




  • Original good quality DVDs are available




  • Nice collection of movies, not exhaustive tough






THE BAD




  • Works, but works incorrectly




  • Most DVDs have wrong region codes




  • Service is inconsistent






The website is full of bugs, mostly in queue maintenance, which leads to non delivery of movies in the queue, which further leads to countless minutes of call center talk, which further leads to loss of money on phone bills.


In around 25 days if subscribing, I could rent only 13 movies, when ideally, with my plan, I could have rented 25 movies. That makes one new movie everyday.


Seems I made a mistake subscribing to the service in the beta stage, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until at least they take their time testing and fixing the bugs and making it more efficient.


No wonder they call it beta!
