Better chose another option

These guys really sucks. I got a call from a telemarketing guy, somehow he convinced me for it so I chose 3+1 months plan. According to them, they provide a disc per day but I didn’t get disc on my first day even nobody cares.


Customer care also doesn’t listen. You will ask something, and they will keep replying something. You won’t find the latest movies here compared to Seventymm.com (I am not recommending it but I searched the same titles there and amazingly I found).


-Delivery/pickup time is not finalized. They can reach at your home any time without informing you. So wait for these guy from 9 AM to 10 PM. Many times I called/wrote customer care about this issue, but nobody listens.


-Site is also doesn’t respond. You will search something, it will keep moving a fix page unless you click on a movie title explicitly. However sometimes search works.


-The pickup/delivery time is not fixed means you may not get the movie till the next day of the day you requested. Even nobody will respond. It irritates most of the time.


This was my first time for this type of service. But I am highly disappointed with the service. I will suggest to not go with them or better don’t expect service if you go.
