Bigflix is providing pathetic service. they deliver damaged disc. my complaint is pending for two weeks and no one listens. I don’t think I will renew my subscription.
If you join this service, be ready for damaged discs and very poor customer care department. for payments, with minutes they call but for complaints they don’t respond at all.
If you pay by credit card, your subscription will be renewed automatically and credit card be charged.
There is check box to deselect this option, but you cannot change it. I will call this as fraud and nothing else.
I don’t recommend it at all.
