I had purchased a website plan which clearly stated that hosting and emails service is inclusive. However after purchasing, the hosting sections states "buy" hosting at cheap rate. What?
I contacted via live chat service and the operator could not understand my simple query. Wait, hope u understood though!
Second time after chatting or waiting for reply of the operator which lasted for 20 minutes the operator informed please contact support section and they are avail 24/7
Tried contacting support team and all sections are busy or unavailable BUT the sales service chat is up and running yeeeeehawwww!
Pathetic service, what I just like is website designing is made simpler.
