Gotta say that the Bigrock support’s an amazing bunch of fellows! You need to check out their support portal - support.bigrock.com - complete with gifs and images. I bought a domain name freakychakra.in and hosted it with 000webhost as well as Free Servers. Folks at Bigrock helped me to the hilt to setup entire thing. Right from guiding me as to what would be the difference between DNS change and record change to actually making the changes for me.
However on the cons side sometimes it becomes difficult reaching out to them. Thankfully they have a social media team too and have got a few queries solved from the social team too.
