I have first purchased a domain from this Bigrock in the year 2013, as they were giving a great price of only Rs.99 to purchase a new domain. I booked domain for one of my clients, from big rock.
Later, I also purchased several domains from this site, some for discounts and some at normal price with in range of Rs.500-Rs.600. Actually, when you first sign up with them, you get the domain at Rs. 99, later on you have to purchase the domain at normal price.
First, I would like to tell that their website is good and easy to navigate even for a new visitor. Second, when you create ticket for any issue, they are prompt enough to reply back and maintain excellent communication skills.
But, I also faced a problem while using their service, even with out your knowledge they keep a domain purchased from them in Auto Renew mode, and may keep it renewed even with out your consent using the card details. This is not a professional way I guess. They will keep you 3-4 mails before the domain expiry date and even if with out getting any opinion your side, they assume you want to auto renew the domain and do it. I created a ticket in this regards as I was not at all in need to renew this domain. still they renewed it. Anyways, they bought my logic and took necessary action to get my fund deposited, so it is a sign of professional company.
Overall, I can recommend it being an Indian company.
