This company is a big cheater. I have placed and paid for 2 orders form them. I got a confirmation email and then a cancelation notification. I have requested for a refund or a chance to purchase another item. At first they agreed for making another order. Then they changed their mind and agreed for a refund.
But inspite of numerous email reminders for the past 6 month and a legal notice I never received any refund from them. Now I am planning to approach Delhi police as well as the consumer court for their fraudulent activity. Please find below some of the correspondence related to this:

I beleive I have every right to claim for the Nobel prize for peace. What else I should say now? I have waited and still waiting for the past 4 months to get my money back. If you are ready to allow me to purchase from your website for the refund amount tell how I can do it, how much I can use as the refund? how I can eliminate the no stock items (I don’t want to go back to the same procedure again).
