Bigshoebazaar is one of the worst online shopping site.this is a fraud online shopping site.and the product quality of this site is very bad.they provides you bad services.and the customer care service is also not good in bigshoebazaar.
let me explain why I called the bigshoebazaar is a fraud online shopping site.
I ordered a lee cooper shoe Rs 2799 on 13th october.and the delivery date of my shoe is 16th October.and I received my product on 23rd October.and I paid on credit card.when I checked my courier, I am totally shocked because I found that the shoe was not Lee cooper brand, it was other brand shoe.then I call the customer care service number 4-5 times, but they not received my any calls.they cheat me.
that was the worst experience ever with bigshoebazaar.
I suggest to everyone please don’t deal with the bigshoebazaar.
