Billdesk.com : transactions often go unsuccessful.

I have been using billdesk.com to pay my utility bills from 1 year. I am sharing my views about this website here. first of all I found the problem with its web content which become unresponsive many times. At the time of registration I clicked many times on the register now link but it didn’t worked. I tried to find out customer care no. but it was not available on the site. After some time the problem resolved by itself. I have encountered "Transaction Failed" message many times, which is very irritating. In most of such cases the money was deducted from my bank account but payment to biller went unsuccessful. It usually takes 2 to 3 days to refund my money back to my bank account and I had to repeat the payment process. Its website is also slow in loading especially during payment processing. Now I avoid using this platform.
