Billdesk being intermediate medium between e-commerce website and digital wallet. On for example in ebay I am choosing to pay via paytm wallet it take me to paytm paisapay->billdesk->paytm. While returning, after amount is debited from my wallet, on billdesk page it shows web page not available. Success rate of payment is very very poor. I am facing lot of problem because of this.
I have to wait 12 days to get the money back and have to put my time with customer care of concerned digital wallet. In recent I had tried to pay via oxigen to ebay. That was failed on same billdesk page. It has been 13 days since I didnt get my money back. I contacted oxigen wallet they are repeating, "payment from our end is successful if it was failed it will be reflected in your wallet within 7 days". I try to access billdesk website to contact support. Even website not working. I am helpless in this issue. Can anyone help me?
