A fly in honey,neither can get out nor can sink

Unfortunately I have made some payments for my phone through visabillpay.(To be true as they r offering 5% off, thought of using it somehow...but till now don’t know how to claim that 5% off) The payment is yet to reach the phone company and its already 9th day. Even though they claim that it takes 2 working days, (excluding GA_googleFillSlot("inter_review_middle_300x250"); GA_googleFillSlot("inter_review_right_160x600"); Sat and Sun). And I believe I have to bear the penalty which my phone comp is gonna levie on me....isn’t it funny just for using their service we are forced to pay fines.


Worse is that they don’t have any number to call for customer support. They have only email id listed through which they never reply. It has been more than a week since I mailed them.


Once you have made the payment you can’t do anything but just wait and hope for the payment to be made in time. You can’t track anything, can’t call to find out the status, and they won’t reply to your emails.


My suggestion: Never ever use visabillpay or billdesk.


I am not an easy one to give up after finding out that this was a service provided by billdesk I’m after these ppl now to settle things...n u know its only getting costlier as I have to call them on their landlines and everytime they say they wil get back to me within half an hour n they won’t.
