Billdesk payment service Not good. Unhappy.

Hello. Today I want to share my personal experience with Billdesk payment gateway. I don’t like their service because I have used them many times for payments like online recharge, bill payments, and most of the times they left me feel miserable.


Below are a few reasons which made me personally to not like them.




  1. Their website is very slow and there is very less information on the page itself.




  2. Most often my transactions fail when I’am using net banking with them and money is deducted from my bank account. The sessions time out quickly and we have to re input all the information of our bank details or debit cards.




  3. The website is not user friendly at all. We can only pray to get our transaction successful throughout the whole process.




  4. Website loads very slowly and as I said sessions time out quickly. Sometime it takes a lot of time to redirect to finish the transaction.




  5. The customer service is horrible. I had myself struggled to connect with the customer email support who don’t reply any soon. If all goes well then too my money refunded after a long wait of up to to 2 weeks.






So these were the reasons that I don’t support Billdesk and would not recommend to anyone. I hope this information will be helpful for someone. Thanks.
