I was searching for site where I can launch a compaint about billdesk. and finally I got it.

From last few days I am facing lots of problem from billdesk. and I didn’t get any technical support from them. Whole day site is down for the maintanance. Atleast they can place some notification on the Home page that site is down for maintainance.
This is the second time when I added one account and sent form for verification and they lost that signed form.
If somebody write a mail at support@billdesk.com then I am sure nobody will get reply.
I am trying to contact them since july through mail and phone. But no use. Finally I got their directors email Id and I wrote to him also. Let’s hope that atleast he will reply to my mail.
Now I have decided to close my billdesk account.
There is no feedback Or suggestion section on the site.
