VERY BAD EXP with VISABILLPAY.IN

I used to prais this mode of payment through visabillpay.in util couple of days back. I made a payment to subscribe "Readers Digest(RD)". Payment was made 2 month back, and I did not recieve any confirmation or any copy/issue of RD.


Then I called up RD customer Support, and they said they have not recieved any payment in my name, and so I will have to contact to VISABILL, I wrote them mail to’visabillpay@billdesk.com’(Unfortunately this is the only id to contact to them, there is no address on their site, there is no phone number to contact them), but its been 3 days now, and I have not recieved a signle response from them.


I also called up to billdesk.com support, they said they only do the transaction, and they do not entertain any such query.


After getting frustrated with so many phone calls and mail, I am now writing this review. God know if my mail will be answered ever.


After that I searched for reviews of VISA BILL, and surprizingly, I found that many people have faced same problem. And now I have deleted all the billers from my account and I do not want to see a single message from VISABILL notification.
