I bought my Baleno from Bimal in Indiranagar 3 years back. The delivery of car was on time and hassle free. The car’s performance has been great and I find it very easy to get it serviced at Bimal Whitefield. The employees are very courteous and knowledgeable and rates are reasonable. They even provide pick up and drop of your car from home/work if booked a day in advance. Reminder for car service, whenever its due, is also useful.
I got my car financed from GE Money which has a tie up with Maruti. There are issues with GE money so I would not recommend them. They lost my 5 EMI checks once and then hassled and charged me for non-payment! They don’t even support ECS and paying checks everytime is the only option which can be inconvinient if you’re out of city/country at the time when new EMIs are due.
I found accessories sold by Bimal higher priced so its better to get them at some accessory shop. You also get good selection and choice if shop from an exclusive accessory shop.
