I booked my Maruti Swift DZIRE from BIMAL auto many months ago. After one month of booking they called me and said that if you can get the loan approved now and pay them in FULL right then they can have that car in few weeks.
I fell for their trick. I got my loan approved from my bank and approached them for the CAR. They flatly refused to deliver the car sayign that they have to get the loan approved through them only if I want the car(BIMAL gets a cut and you have to pay that to bank in terms of higher interest rate offered toyou . to hell with the customer’s interest).
Now 6 months have passed and they are not giving me the vehicle(they are passing on the vehciles to those people who succumb to their pressure to get the loan approved through BIMAl).
Their agents who had been pushing me to get the loan approved through them and drive away with the car now do not even speak with respect to me when I go their office(I am no longer a cash-generator for them).
BIMAL auto guys are greedy-cheats wo don ot at all care for their customers. AVOID BOOKING ANY CAR THROUGH THEM.
