Bimal service center - Bannerghatta Road(near Meenakshi Temple)

Went there after my car had an accident.
Saturday morning I handed over my vehicle.
The promises made:
1. The vehicle will be ready by Monday evening.
There is door delivery.
Total amount 10K.
About the expense I spoke to the executive and the assistant manager and they double confirmed the amount.
(I have their names with me. Also a scanned copy of the voucher)
Monday afternoon I called to see whether they can bring it to my home and I was told that it will be 15K and they handed over the vehicle to Kanakapura branch.
When I started asking details and question I was told that the Kanakapura branch number can be given and I have to talk to them!.
As it was out of my hands, I had no choice. And they said Wednesday it will be ready. Wednesday I called and they said Thursday. Thursday I called and I was told Friday morning. Friday morning I called and they said Friday evening.
Then I asked for a door delivery and they said it is not possible.
Eventually I got it on Saturday.
The attitude and the way they interact when I went there first time and to collect the vehicle back were so different.
I will never go to that place again.
All the three things they told initially were proven wrong.
