Hello my name is krishna goel, I have this cooler sorry mini cooler same as it is but my family and me are very disturbed from this birla mini air cooler.When I switch it on drops of water splashed onto my face and it gives hot air except cool air.i dont know why the owner makes this type of product .when my this cooler damaged and then I call for service and support and then they didnt came in my home and they take 2 weeks.this cooler doesnt give cool air and sound is too noisy really I hate that sound .i am not satisfy with this fake product I hate this too much .The owner take lots of money for this fake product I am just hate this product.Please do not buy this product.
