Hello my name is himanshu, I have this cooler sorry mini cooler same as it is but my family and me are very disturbed from this birla mini air cooler. When I switch it on drops of water splashes onto my face and it gives hot air except cool air. I don’t know why the owner makes this type of product. When my cooler got damaged then I call for service and support and they didn’t turn up rather took two weeks. This cooler doesn’t give cool air and sound is too noisy really I hate that sound. I am not satisfy with this fake product. I hate it too much. The owner took lots of money for this fake product.
