I made an investment in one of their Schemes.Even though the amount has been debited to my Bank A/c, The same has not been processed by Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund.
My Several Phone calls /Emails did not receive any concrete response from them and only junior people on Customer Care Toll free No. keeps saying that they will revert back in 4-5 days everytime.
Most inefficient Mutual Fund. Think twice befor e investing in this Mutual Fund.
