I am the poor owner of folio no 1013248526, it has never seen returns as promised by birla mutual . name of scheme is BIRLA LONG TERM ADVANTAGE FUND, Returns are pathetic...less than 10% per year since inception.The company’s website is in such a poor shape that even a computer expert will take hours in getting routine info like NAV etc.
Now the worst part..service...horrible, pathetic. for a petty address change in this computer age, THEY want signature CERTIFIED by Banks manager.After umpteen letters, phone calls, it transpired that they want solid an application on paper(PUN intended)for a petty address change. I told them that I am in correspondence since Dec 2008. They said they can’t locate my letter, (as if I run their office)I have met all requirements, they can see my electronic folios also( by another service provider or I can offer PAN details .OF NO AVAIL>>.......This reminds you of licence RAJ..But I am the sufferer so I am not amused.
THEY insist that their requirement can not be altered/
See, If my address cant be changed even after 18 months correspondence. I leave it to visitors on thjis site if they must invest in this lousy fund(S) It is quite BUREAUCRATIC approach.
So my dears, pl think 1000 times before u invest in this lousy funds of this company..
I request higher managers of the fund if they are reading to stop this nonsense..
