Bistro by the Park is one of those hidden gems off the main Park Street area in Kolkata.
They serve some exceptional food particularly in the Italian cuisine and the ambiance is relaxed yet intimate with unobtrusive service by experienced and professional waiters.
Menus are provided on iPads with pictures of each dish so you know what you’re going to get. Most of the dishes are served plated for a person so its great for a single person and also good if you’re in a large group as you can always share.
I’ve been there thrice so far and would not hesitate to visit again. The only downside to this restaurant is that the menu seldom changes and it would be great if the menu was refreshed more often.
