Compared to other web sites that offer computer goods, even if Bitfang.com doesn’t offer the cheapest price, I will usually buy from them anyhow. Why? Because the service that I receive is the best on the internet in India. I’d rather pay a few more bucks and get a product from a reputable company like Bitfang.com instead of getting it dirt-cheap from a local dealer and get the worst experience ever. Bitfang.com sends out emails for every step that your order passes, including order confirmation, credit card validation, shipping confirmation, etc.

But I always think that it would have made superb deal for its customers if they had a physical store somewhere, so that we could check the products as it is.
