I was looking to buy some computer accessories and stumbled across bitfang.com which had them for a very competitive price. The site was well designed and looked snappy (though a bit slow).
But I haven’t heard of the site before and Googled a bit about it and found some information.1. There are two previous reviews on MouthShut - both singing praises for the site by new users who just registered for posting the review.
I strongly suspect these are fake reviews posted by company hired persons.2. I found a blog by a designer who worked for BitFang.com explaining how BitFang got some design work done by her and then refused to pay the balance amount.

(a) already has a professional accusing them of shady business practices and
(b) is most likely posting fake reviews on MouthShut. What does this tell me about the company? - That they are not a very ethical bunch. I tried to see how their customer service responds and sent and email to them asking about the availability of a couple of items - no response even after 7 days.
I sent another email asking if they were aware about the designer’s blog, no response to that either.So, I have decided not to buy from BitFang.com for now.
If a genuine user posts a genuine experience with BitFang, then maybe I will reconsider. Till then, my advice to fellow MouthShutters is to stay away from BitFang.com.
