This is not a top of line machine, but for the price at which it sells, it is giving you 8 cups, heating plate, auto drip cut off.this would have been a super product if only it had a steam pipecfor frothing.te advantages are.1: the build quality makes it stand out from the pack.everything feels solid and well put togetger.2: the glass jar is well designed.the handle is very confortable and it is very easy to open the top cover while pouring your beverage.3: good performance, will make 6-7 cups of tea in 10 mins.
