As per the update received from our Blackberry service center engineer we would like to inform you that your blackberrydevice is found as liquid damaged by Banglore service center, they have sent it back without repair. The above is the reply I get after 15 days of my handset (**still under guarantee and less than a year old being with them. I replied with a mail stating that the said device has never come in contact with any sort of liquid. Secondly, why wasnt I informed about it when the handset was in Bangalore. At the service centre in Mumbai I was informed that it is a software and hardware problem, so now why is it contradicting? 20 days have passed and am yet to receive any reply. I called the number 7070 only to be told that they cannot do anything and asked me to get back to the service centre. Am hoping that someone at Blackberry will read this and revert. No one from your centre is communicating.
