@service center for 1month+

My playbook get defected within warranty. I locate the service center near to me in Gurgaon and they asked me to come after two weeks. After 18 days, after making emails to BB, I got a new one. But this **new one was already buggy even couldn’t survive one single day** and I returned this back to service center. After that it has already taken **more than a month** but I have no update on this. Service center said they have sent it to Bangalore but they don’t have any contact number or email id of the said center.


All the experience with Blackberry is quite shocking. Firstly the product get dead in ten month and the so called brand new product couldn’t work for single one day and now the service center wants me to go physically to Bangalore as they don’t have any contact number for that center. They are just unable to tell me when could I get the playbook back.


I am just confused what rocket science they are going to implement on a so called **BRAND NEW blackberry** device. Then after I wrote a number of emails to blackberry but they have near about same answer that this relates to India and they are not in touch. If I am not wrong, this is same for all other blackberry devices in India.


I surprised what happened if it gets buggy after warranty. If the service center personal are not good to rectify the issue with BRAND NEW BLACKBERRY under warranty then who could work once warranty gets over. Only God can help.
