I ordered a blackberry storm 9530 by the order no: 3704117. The very same day of the delivery, i complained that the sd card was missing, the phone was catching network when i used my everyday sim card, mic of the phone was deaf, battery drained in just 4hours in continuous use, the paint was coming out of the phone below the keys, and the most surprising fact was till date any new phone i bought came with zero charged battery but this blackberry had sufficient charge in the box!which signifies that the battery was used.
Before buying this phone from naaptol i checked all the reviews of the users on mouthshout.com and found that all the products sent by naaptol comes out to be faulty so i even mailed asking in naaptol about this before buying. Naaptol replied that they are rare cases. So i trusted and bought a phone from maaptol but i got the same faulty phone. I then mailed back and said all these above and demanded my refund as i don’t have any faith left on naaptol anymore as if a brand new phone is like this then i will have to suffer rest of the life chasing naaptol with faults. So naaptol replied that they will refund the money. I sent the the phone as i was instructed with a letter about all the above and more and also mentioned in bold leeters that i want my refund and not replacement.
Two days back, i received the same phone as i replacement. Again sd card was missing.
And don’t you guys understand that i want my refund and not replacement? Do you know that the blue dart office so far, who has so much of useless time to courier back all faulty things you guys send again and again? Is this a game for you guys or you guys want to cheat people forcefully. I want my whole money back this time!!!!
