The moment I have used blackberry Z3, I felt no other phone can be so smooth and responsive. I purchased this handset, after getting bored with android-powered smartphone. My idea of purchasing this phone was absolutely right as the phone is damn gorgeous and smooth in functionality.
The reason why I’m writing this review is after using this phone for eight months I was facing some troubles. Like music sound was not supported with my earphones, I can only hear it on speaker mode. For this reason I had to visit blackberry service center, Noida.
For which I had to deposit my handset for about 20 days… although I have suffered for that… and when I went to collect my phone. they had replaced with phone with a brand new one(as the phone was on warranty period)… I was really happy with the blackberry service… the phone works well after that.
