Hi I am almost regular customer of Balckberrys till now bt when had purchased blackberrys trouser from your exlusive store at Pheonix mall.after single was its colour got fed away. The same trouser I dropped in the Pheonix store on 4th of Dec 2015 and your store manager told that will revert you in 15 days. But I did not received any reply even after 15 days den on 20th
I visited your store and enquired about the replacement, the store manager Mr. Rahim replied me in arrogant behaviour that( Its 15 working days exclusive public holidays), as I told earlier that am a regular customer I visited again to buy clothes on 24 th( after 15 working days as Black berry criteria) and equired about my trouser, the same answered I received from Mr. Rahim, that we will be closed till sunday on monday will give you a call,
Now its been more than 20 days still not received any reply from Balckberrys.
